October 27 — November 1, 2018 in the Scottish Borders

DAY 1           Arrive Edinburgh, Scotland. Driver will transport guests at 11:30 am local time from the Edinburgh Airport to the Dryburgh Abbey Hotel. 

Lunch, followed by professional gun-fitting, angler outfitting, and shopping for fine county clothing.

DAY 2           A couple’s day, taking in the local sights and sounds

[Shooting/Fishing is not permitted on Sundays]

DAY 3           The Floors Castle at Roxburghe Estate – Simulated driven bird shoot with professional coaches. Private tour for non-shooters. Reserved lunch for entire party at Roxburghe Estate.

DAYS 4 & 5           Driven pheasant shoot at The Floors Castle with minimum of four drives, and anticipated bag of 250 birds per day.

Fly-Fishing along the River Tweed.

Cultural and historical excursions for non-sportsmen 

DAY 6           Guests depart to Edinburgh Airport in the morning.

5-night stay at a luxury country estate. Scrumptious Scottish breakfast served each morning and 3-course dinner in the evening. According to the interest group, lunch and driver service will be provided daily. Arranged transportation to/from Edinburgh Airport. Rates are based on double occupancy booking for one shooter and one non-sportsmen. Tailored pricing available for two wingshooters.

Fly-fishing excursions are priced outside of the all-inclusive package. Rates are $500.00 per person, per day, assuming one individual is shooting. Contact us for all-inclusive package rate for two anglers. 


Scotland’s 20% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applicable on all goods and services. It is included in the rates.


Exchange is calculated in the rates. If there is noticeable fluctuation in the exchange rate the time of trip, promoted rates may be adjusted accordingly.


Expenses for airfare, alcoholic beverages and personal purchases are the responsibility of the guest. 


25% of the total price is payable on the date of reservation, and is nonrefundable. Each trip requires ten double-occupancy bookings by April 1, 2018 to make. Should a trip not make, deposits may be applied to another booking or refunded in full. 


Full payment is due 60 days before the start of the trip.
